We are Cajun/Creole style restaurant serving traditional Cajun/Creole and fusion cuisines. We feature hand crafted étouffée, Gumbo and Red Beans and Rice all made from scratch in our kitchen.
In addition, our CajMex creation such as Gator Quesadilla, Crawfish Enchiladas and Blacken Fish Taco are just some of our fusion creations that you won't be disappointed.  

We shop the market daily for our FOTD (Fish of the Day) to bring you the best value and the freshest fish cooked to your choice of (Grilled, Fried or Blacken).  
Speaking of value, our Quick Combo offers fried Fish, Jumbo Shrimp or Chicken Tenders served with Fries, Hushpuppies and Coleslaw for just $8. Great for lunch or dinner. 

Craving for flavor from the bayou? Come try our Gator Bite, Boudin Balls and our Swamp Plate which feature fried gator with frog legs and a cup of RBR (red beans and rice). That's true acadian experience! All our Po Boy and other sandwiches are made with authentic French Baguette where it is crunchy on the outside and yet soft on the inside.

During the Crawfish season, we offer Boiled Crawfish. The crawfish cooked and soaked in our special spice brine to absorb extra flavor using an unique process we developed. The crawfish is then served in our special sauce to your preferred spice level..
